how do i delete my account?

open the app → Settings → Delete Account. your personal info is anonymized, you're removed from tribes, and the same email can register again. see the privacy policy for the full breakdown.

how do i cancel floof+?

floof+ is billed through the App Store. manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions. you keep access until the end of the current period.

i forgot my password.

on the login screen tap forgot password. we'll email a reset link. if it doesn't arrive, check spam or email us.

how do i join a tribe?

tap a tribe link your friend shared, or on the main screen tap join with code and enter the invite code they gave you. tribes need at least three members to unlock posting.

can i use floof without photos?

no — the whole point is photo proof. every post is a live face shot plus a proof shot. uploads from the camera roll aren't allowed.

i need a full data export or GDPR erasure.
